Donations
Donations are voluntary, one-off gifts to support aid for families in Gaza. You choose the General Fund, one aid area, or an active campaign.
How funds are used
We use each donation for the area or campaign you chose. If a campaign's needs are fully met or it can no longer be delivered, we may direct the remaining funds to the most urgent need in the same area or to the General Fund, and we report this in our updates.
Payments
Payments are processed securely by Stripe and PayPal in the currency you choose. Your bank may apply its own exchange or card fees.
Refunds
If you donated by mistake or were charged the wrong amount, contact us within 14 days and we will review your request.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your password safe. We may suspend accounts that are used for fraud or abuse.
